The reasons behind starting your personal yoga practice can vary as much as the practitioners themselves. It is common to be introduced to Yoga as form of exercise or weight loss, and while it may be one of the many benefits they don’t stop there. Yoga can be used as a form of exercise but it is primarily a breathing and meditation practice. For the duration of this class we are focused on elongating our exhale and inhale.
