Some of my favorite Leg Exercises
Squat : Standing with your feet shoulder width apart bend your knees as low as you can while keeping them over your ankles. Play with different feet placements for additional challenge , . either wider or feet together.
Side to Side : Standing with your feet double shoulder distance bend one knee while keeping the other straight, reverse sides.
Calf Raises : From standing position lift your entire body up onto the balls of your feet and lower back down.
Lunge : Step one leg out slightly and bend that knee bringing the other down towards the ground, reverse sides.
Jumping Squat : Squat and Jump.
Jumping 360 Squat : Squat and jump while spinning 360 degrees.
Pistol Squat : Perform a one legged squat to the ground and back up. For an extra challenge extend your other leg out straight.
