When you buy your first session we offer a free consultation to understand your goals and give you a basic physical assessment. I am not a nutritionist but we would still talk about what a good diet would be and what you can do on your own to start making changes. Avoid getting caught up in the hype of the modern fitness industry by using a local professional dedicated to helping you achieve more with less. We don’t ask you to buy any supplements or buy a gym membership. Our body weight based exercise programs require no gym and can be done almost anywhere. As a Mobile Austin personal trainer i can come to your house or we can meet at a park nearby for your convenience. Don’t wait another day to start living your life to the fullest. Whether you are interested in looking good by the pool or feeling good while working long hours we can help you achieve your goals.
1 session is $75 an hour for 2 or more sessions within the same week.
1 session is $100 an hour for 1 session a week.
Group Rates and Group Classes are available with fluctuating rates depending on the group size and program.
